March Madness Scores and Results: Mar. 18

(Sporting Alert) — Top seeds Michigan State, North Carolina and Kansas all registered victories during Sunday’s action at the NCAA March Madness. These are the scores and results.

Kansas erased an eleven point deficit to come away with a 63-60 over Purdue and keep their hopes alive of making the Final Four.

Michigan State were also made to work for their victory on Sunday, but were able to hold their heads for the 65-61 win over Saint Louis. Also winning on was North Carolina, which defeated Creighton 87-73.

John Henson returned to the starting line-up and finished the game with 13 points, 10 rebounds and four blocks, while Kendall Marshall also finished with a double-double of 18 points and 11 assists in the win for the Tar Heels.
