MIAMI (Sporting Alert) — The Miami Heat lead the Milwaukee Bucks 47-43 in Game 2 of their NBA first round playoff clash at the AmericanAirlines Arena.
LeBron James, who is shooting 5-for-6 from the floor, has so far scored 15 points, four rebounds and three assists for the defending champion Heat, who shot 18-of-36 from the field in the first two quarters of the game.
Dwyane Wade is also in double figures, scoring 12 points in the first half, while Mario Chalmers has so far scored nine points.
Ersan Ilyasova is currently leading the Bucks with 14 points and three rebounds, with Larry Sanders and Marquis Daniels each have eight points.
Brandon Jennings and Monta Ellis, who combined for 48 points in the first game have only contributed one so far.
Jennings is 0-of-3 from the floor and has just one point, while Ellis is 0-for-2.
The night’s other game currently taking place, the New York Knicks, looking to take a 2-0 lead in their seven game series against the Boston Celtics, are leading 26-20 at the end of the first quarter, with JR Smith opening up with nine points.
