Mario Chalmers added 17 points, while Dwyane Wade, Chris Bosh and Shane Battier all had 11 points for Miami, which extended the second-longest winning streak in NBA history.
Wayne Ellington paced the Cleveland Cavaliers with 20 points, seven rebounds and four assists in the game that was delayed for 30-minutes because of a wet floor.
Cleveland had 18 points and eight boards in the defeat as the Cavaliers suffered a third defeat to Miami this season.
The two teams will meet again at Cleveland on April 15.
In another game on Wednesday night San Antonio Spurs beat the Golden State Warriors 104-93, with Tim Duncan leading the victors with 25 points, 13 rebounds and six assists.
Stephen Curry finished with 24 points for Golden State.
Elsewhere, the Memphis Grizzlies battled to a 90-89 overtime victory over the Oklahoma City Thunder at FedExForum.
