NBA scores at halftime today

The Atlanta Hawks lead the Charlotte Hornets, 75-59 in an NBA halftime score on Friday night. Trae Young has so far scored 19 points on 6 of 10 shooting for the Hawks, while Lamelo Ball has also tallied 19 points to lead the Hornets at halftime.

Young, who played 18 minutes in the opening half, has dished out six assists already, while Bogdan Bogdanovic has scored 16 points with six assists for Atlanta, which collected 10 points from De’Andre Hunter at the end of the first half. As a team, Atlanta shot 62.5% on 25 of 40 attempts overall from the floor in the first two periods of this contest. The Hawks have also made nine of their 18 attempted 3-pointers.

Meanwhile, Charlotte shot 42% from the field on 21 of 50 shooting and went 40.9% from 3-point range. Nick Richards has so far contributed nine points and seven rebounds for the Hornets heading into the interval.

In another NBA halftime score tonight, the Detroit Pistons lead the Sacramento Kings 63-55. The Pistons trailed by one point after the first quarter but responded to outscore the Kings 34-27 in the second quarter to take the advantage into the break.

Bojan Bogdanovic leads Detroit with 13 points, while Jalen Duren has 10 rebounds with seven points. The Pistons shot 51.2% at halftime.

De’Aaron Fox, Keegan Murray and Domantas Sabonis each scored 10 points in the first half for Sacramento which shot 48.8 at halftime.
