MIAMI, FL (December 5) —— The NBA scores tonight, on Monday, December 5, with the Eastern Conference top teams Milwaukee Bucks and the Boston Celtics both picking wins on a night when Paul George and Kawhi Leonard returned to the Los Angeles Clippers lineup.

Wins For the Bucks and Celtics

Easter Conference leaders Boston Celtics continued the impressive start to the season by improving their NBA best current record to 20-5, following a 116-110 victory over the Toronto Raptors. Jayson Tatum finished with 31 points and 12 rebounds and Jaylen Brown scored 22 points with eight assists to help Boston win for the seventh time in eight games.

The Milwaukee Bucks, in the meantimes beat the sliding Orlando Magic 109-102 as Giannis Antetokounmpo, Jrue Holiday and Khris Middleton all started after sitting out the previous game. Giannis Antetokounmpo scored five of his 34 points in the final two minutes to help the Bucks hold off a late Orlando rally.

Still playing without Jalen Suggs, the Magic were led by Franz Wagner, who had 25 points, while Markelle Fultz and Paolo Banchero added 20 points each. Banchero also grabbed 12 rebounds for the Orlando which lost their ninth in succession.

Paul George and Kawhi Leonard Back!

Meanwhile, Paul George and Kawhi Leonard both returned for the Los Angeles Clippers who held on for a 119-117 win on the road against the Charlotte Hornets. Leonard had 16 points, including an 18-foot jumper with 1.4 seconds for the LA Clippers in his return from a right ankle sprain.

George, who was also back from a hamstring injury, scored 19 points with seven assists for the Clippers, who snapped a two-game losing streak. John Wall added 12 points and 12 assists off the bench.

Kelly Oubre had 28 points and P.J. Washington added 26 for the Hornets in the defeat.
