NFL playoffs teams after Sunday dramatic day

(Sporting Alert) — Following a dramatic final regular season day on Sunday, these are the teams that have booked their places in the NFL playoffs.

Leading the list of teams are the Denver Broncos (13-3), which enter the playoffs with an impressive 11 game winning streak and the No. 1 seed in the AFC.

Atlanta Falcons (13-3), who were also impressive during the regular season when winning 13 games as well, head into the playoffs as the NFC top seeded club.

The New England Patriots (12-4) is the No. 2 seeded team in the AFC, while San Francisco 49ers (11-4-1) are the second seed in the NFC.

Rookie quarterback Robert Griffin III led the Washington Redskins (10-6) into the playoffs after they clinched their division title and a Wild Card slot after beating the Dallas Cowboys 28-18 on Sunday night.

The win was the seven consecutive for the Redskins, which came back from a losing 3-6 record.

Minnesota Vikings (10-6) also booked a Wild Card slot after stunning division champions the Green Bay Packers (11-4) to claim its fourth successive win.
