MIAMI, FL – The NFL schedule for Week 15 continues on Sunday with another host of games, including the featured battle between AFC rivals New England Patriots and Pittsburgh Steelers.
Week 15 opened up on Thursday night with the Denver Broncos beating the Indianapolis Colts.
On Saturday night, the Kansas City Chiefs took a step closer to winning the AFC West by beating the Los Angeles Chargers, while the Detroit Lions kept their playoff hopes alive with a win over the Chicago Bears.
The action on Sunday continues with 12 more games with eight of them kicking off at 1:00 pm ET, while the Steelers and Patriots clash at Heinz Field in Pittsburgh is set for 4:25 pm.
Tom Brady and New England (10-3) enter the matchup with Ben Roethlisberger and the Steelers seeking to bounce back from the Week 14 defeat to the Miami Dolphins.
Pittsburgh (11-2), meanwhile is on a league-best eight-game winning streak and will aim to extend that run.
Apart from quarterbacks Brady and Roethlisberger, who will soak up the majority of the media focus, Steelers running back Le’Veon Bell and receiver Antonio Brown are also expected to be among the highlighted players in this fixture.
Pittsburgh has already clinched the AFC North Division title, while the New England Patriots will secure the AFC East with a victory.
Another game to pay close attention to is the Carolina Panthers and the Green Bay Packers, which starts at 4:25 pm on CBS.
Cam Newton and the Panthers (9-4) still have their eyes on the NFC South title, while Green Bay (7-6) is aiming to secure a playoff spot.
The Packers, who have activated quarterback Aaron Rodgers, who returns from the broken collarbone he suffered Oct. 15 against the Minnesota Vikings, have won two straight and sit third in the NFC North standings.
Elsewhere in the NFL schedule for Week 15, the Cleveland Browns will again go in search of their first win of the season against the Baltimore Ravens, while NFC East champions, Philadelphia Eagles, are at the New York Giants, who have lost three straight and have won just twice all season.
This week’s Sunday Night Football fixture involved the Dallas Cowboys and the Oakland Raiders and it live at 8:25 pm on NBC and NBCSports.com.
Atlanta Falcons are at the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, live on ESPN and WatchESPN, in the Monday Night Football game.
