NFL WEEK 5- Full TV Schedule and Match-ups

(Sporting Alert) — NFL Sunday returns to action today with another packed and exciting schedule in Week 5.

Following Thursday night’s action which saw the Arizona Cardinals losing their undefeated record with a shocking 17-3 loss to the improving St. Louis Rams, Sunday’s action will see the next two unbeaten sides, he Atlanta Falcons and Houston Texans looking to avoid drama.

The Falcons (4-0) and Matt Ryan will take on a tricky Robert Griffin III and the Washington Redskins, a team looking to end a seven game skid at home.

On Monday night, the Houston Texans (4-0) will tackle the New York Jets (2-2) in a game that could go either way.

Meanwhile, at the same time, the Cleveland Browns and New Orleans Saints are still searching for their first win.

Brandon Weeden and his Browns (0-4) teammates, which have dropped 10 in a row, will have their hands full again coming up against Eli Manning and the New York Giants on the road.

The New Orleans Saints (0-4) will look to avoid an opening 0-5 record – a record which last came 16 years-ago – when they take on the San Diego Chargers (3-1).

Other exciting games on Sunday include the Philadelphia Eagles (3-1) travelling to face the Pittsburgh Steelers (1-2), the Denver Broncos (2-2) at New England Patriots (2-2) and Buffalo Bills (2-2) against the San Francisco 49ers (3-1).

This week sees Detroit Lions, Oakland Raiders, Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Dallas Cowboys receiving byes.
