Striker Marouane Chamakh has been a rare starting place and will lead the attacking line.

Goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny, defenders Thomas Vermaelen and Carl Jenkinson and forward Gervinho were the only survivors from the team that suffered defeat against Swansea on Saturday.
