MADRID (Sporting Alert) Karim Benzema starts on the bench bench today for Real Madrid in the Spanish La Liga clash with Getafe at the Santiago Bernabeu.
Manager Jose Mourinho has decided to start with Gonzalo Higuain as his center forward with Cristiano Ronaldo and Ángel Di María playing on either side of him in the attack.
Mourinho has also started with Luka Modric in midfield and he plays alongside Mesut Ozil and Michael Essien.
Xabi Alonso and Sami Khedira were both left on the bench.
With regular goalkeeper Iker Casillas out because of injury, Antonio Adan, as expected start in goal.
