Bryant missed the Lakers’ shootaround practice earlier in the day because of a stomach problem.
The star guard did travel with the team for the game, but team officials will be keeping a close eye on him after he reportedly threw-up on the team bus on his way to the Pepsi Center.
“Bryant missed Thursday’s shootaround and is a game-time decision for Game 6 because of gastroenteritis,” the report said.
The Lakers lead the seven game series 3-2, but were beaten 102-99 when the teams met the last time on Tuesday.
Bryant finished game the with 43 points, but it was still not enough to stop the defeat at Staples Center.
Lakers coach Mike Brown, in the meantime is still confident his All-Star guard will be OK to feature in the starting lineup as his team looks to seal the important win.
