Tony Parker Scores And Manu Ginobili Combined For 54 Points, As San Antonio Beat Oklahoma City To Take 2-0 Series Lead

SAN ANTONIO (Sporting Alert) — Tony Parker scored 34 points and dished out eight assists and the San Antonio Spurs beat the Oklahoma City Thunder 120-111 in Game 2 of the Western Conference finals on Tuesday night.

The victory saw San Antonio extend their win streak to an NBA record of 20 consecutive victories, which came over from the regular season.

The former champions also stayed perfect in the playoffs and went 2-0 up in the series.

Meanwhile, Manu Ginobili added 20 points and four assists off the bench, while Kawhi Leonard added 18 points, including 3 of 6 from behind the arc, 10 rebounds and two blocks.

Tim Duncan finished with 12 rebounds, 11 points and four blocks for the Spurs, which held off the Thunder late run again.

Kevin Durant led the way for the Oklahoma City Thunder with 31 points, including 3 of 4 from three-points range, to go along with his five boards, five assists, three steals and two block shots.

James Harden shot 10 of 13 from the floor to finished with 30 points and seven rebounds, while Russell Westbrook added 27 points, eight helpers and seven rebounds in the defeat.

Game 3 will be in Oklahoma City Thursday.
