LONDON (Sporting Alert) — Chelsea chasing a Champions League slot for next season, make for changes for today English Premier League clash with Swansea City at Stamford Bridge.

Manager Rafa Bentiez has recalled defender Gary Cahill, midfielders Oscar and Juan Mata and striker Demba Ba for today’s clash with Branislav Ivanovic, Frank Lampard, Victor Moses and Fernando Torres the one making way from the side which beat Basle 2-1 in the Europa League in midweek.

Cahill, who makes his return to the starting line-up after being out for six-weeks with a knee injury comes in for Ivanovic, who is rested with a bench role this evening.

David Luiz will move into the midfield, with John Terry keeping his place in the starting lineup.

Swansea City, in the meantime, make two changes from the last outing with Wayne Routledge and Ki Sung-yeung coming into the starting team in place of Luke Moore and Nathan Dyer.

Chelsea are sitting fourth in the Premier League standings, but a victory today would move them on 65 points and into third place for the time being.
