The leaders are looking for a win that would see them go back to 15 points clear at the top of the Premier League standings.

Manchester United were beaten 2-1 by city rivals and defending champions Manchester City in their last outing, which their lead cut to 12 points.

Manager Sir Alex Ferguson has called on his players to refocus on getting the job done, warning that the performance against City was not good enough.

Also starting for the leaders today is captain Nemanja Vidic, who missed the last defeat, with Rio Ferdinand, Patrice Evra and Phil Jones starting at the back as well.

Antonio Valencia and Shinji Kagawa are all in the team as well, with Ryan Giggs, Chris Smalling, Danny Welbeck and Tom Cleverley all on the bench.

Meanwhile, Charlie Adam starts in midfield for Stoke City today, but the likes of Michael Owen, a former Manchester United forward, Cameron Jerome and Peter Crouch all start on the substitutes’ bench.

Glen Whelan and Andy Wilkinson both start as well.
