SWANSEA (Sporting Alert) — Striker Victor Anichebe has been handed a starting for Everton in this afternoon’s Barclays Premier League clash against Swansea City at The Liberty Stadium.

Anichebe starts today for the injured Nikica Jelavic, who is out with knee and shin injuries he sustain during a collision with a post in the 2-2 drawn with Newcastle United last Monday.

Also starting for David Moyes side is Kevin Mirallas, while Marouane Fellaini also starts the game and Apostolos Vellios is on the bench.

The game also sees John Heitinga coming for Sylvain Distin, while Seamus Coleman is in for Tony Hibbert.

Swansea manager Michael Laudrup, as reported, started Pablo Hernandez and Ki Sung Yueng with Nathan Dyer and Leon Britton both left on the bench.

All eyes will continue to be on Michu, who has had a sensational start to the new season with Swansea.
