ARLINGTON, TX (Sporting Alert) — The Washington Redskins are well rested, after a bye in Week 5 and will look to push on from their first win the last time out when they take on the Dallas Cowboys at AT&T Stadium live on NBC Sports at 8:30 p.m. ET.

The Redskins (1-3) beat the Oakland Raiders 24-14 for their first win of the season after a 0-3 start and star quarterback Robert Griffin III wants his teammates to push on.
“Everybody’s got a lot more energy coming off the bye week, just ready to do what we know we have to do,” Griffin III said this week.
“As a team, I think we’re all just moving on from those first four weeks.
“We got the win going into the bye, which is real beneficial to us, but aside from that we didn’t really play like we know we can play. So we just have got to get back to doing us.”
Lots of eyes will also be on Dallas Cowboys’ quarterback Tony Romo, who was very impressive when rattling up 506 yards in the defeat to the Denver Broncos and Washington’s head coach Mike Shanahan admits that the 11-year pro could cause serious damage if he gets going.
