(Sporting Alert) — Lionel Messi will lead a very strong Argentina side against Sweden in tonight’s friendly match at Nya Ullevi Stadion.

Real Madrid forward Gonzalo Higuain and Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero will play with their captain Messi in the attack tonight.

Argentina also have named a strong midfield with Javier Mascherano playing the anchor role in a setup that also involves Fernando Gago and Angel di Maria.

Manchester City defender Pablo Zabaleta starts at the back.

Franco Di Santo, Ezequiel Lavezzi, Fabricio Coloccini, Ever Banega and Nicolas Gaitan make up a very solid substitutes bench.

Sweden are without top forward Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
