San Antonio will again be without All-Star forward Tim Duncan (knee) and head coach Gregg Popovich (illness) for the second straight game after they missed the 106-102 win over New Orleans

The Spurs, who hold the best record in the NBA so far this season, head into tonight’s contest having won six consecutive games.

Dirk Nowiztzki and Shawn Marion will hoping to help the Dallas Mavericks end a poor run against the Spurs, having dropped seven of the last nine meetings between the two sides.
