The following are the inactive players for the Week 18 NFL game between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Las Vegas Raiders at Allegiant Stadium. Today’s game will have some notable absentees on both sides and you can watch the action live on ESPN and ESPN+. Game time is 4:30 pm ET.
Las Raiders Inactive Players
The Raiders will be without quarterback Derek Carr, running back Brittain Brown, guard Netane Muti, linebacker Darien Butler, defensive tackle Matthew Butler, and defensive end Tashawn Bower.
However, running back Josh Jacobs will be returning to the field after spending several days with his father, who recently underwent emergency heart surgery. Jacobs traveled back to Tulsa to be with his father before returning to the team, the NFL reported this week.
The Chiefs, in the meantime, have listed the following players as inactive: quarterback Shane Buechele, kicker Matthew Wright, wide receivers Mecole Hardman and Skyy Moore, defensive end Joshua Kaindoh, tackle Darian Kinnard, and defensive end Malik Herring.
Hardman will miss the game with a pelvis problem the team reported on Saturday.
Despite the Raiders being eliminated from the playoffs and having lost two straight games, they will be looking to play spoiler against the Chiefs, who still have a chance to secure the top seed in the AFC with a win. Kansas City has been on a four-game winning streak and currently lead the AFC West with a 13-3 record.
