LONDON (Sporting Alert) — Fernando Torres scored a hat-trick and hammered relegated threatened Queens Park Rangers 6-1 in the Barclays Premier League on Sunday.

Torres was scoring his first hat-trick his move from Liverpool and was welcome by the supporters at Stamford Bridge.
Daniel Sturridge had opened the scoring for Chelsea in the first minute of play and you could feel the confidence in Roberto Di Matteo’s men.
Captain and central defender John Terry added a second the Blues before Torres netted two in six minutes and then completed his hat-trick in the second half.
Substitute Florent Malouda was also on target and he scored Chelsea’s sixth goal in the 80th minute.
QPR got a late consolation from the sixth before Djibril Cisse.
The win saw Chelsea moving up to fifth place, while QPR, with defeat are goal difference away from the bottom three.
