WACO, TX, Sporting Alert – No. 6 Baylor saw its undefeated run this season snapped by No. 12 Oklahoma in the college football game of the week. Watch Replay Streaming of This Game On ESPN3.com and WatchESPN.
The Bears who fell to 8-1 overall on the season and 5-1 in Big 12 play, still have games against Oklahoma State, TCU and Texas and head coach Art Briles still believes his team can make the college football playoff.
“The good thing is we still control our own destiny, (we need to) try to finish out and do right and see where it all ends up,” said Briles.
“There’s a few of us banging around there with one loss, so we’ll just see where it ends up.
“I can’t predict the future, but I certainly feel like I know them and have a lot of confidence in how we’ll prepare and how we’ll play.”

After getting a stop, Baylor took the lead after Devin Chafin rushed into the end zone run for a five-yard touchdown, but the two-point conversion did come off and the home side failed to get the extra point.
The opening drive for the Bears included 9 plays and 80 yards and lasted for 2:39.
The Sooners collected their touchdown from 11 plays and 65 yards, with the drive last 3:48.
Baylor are looking to stay undefeated on the season and stay in contention of earning a place in the college football playoff, while the Sooners still believe that they can make the CFP top four if they manage to win out the rest of their games and win the Big 12 title.
