Watch Antonio Brown from the Pittsburgh Steelers accidentally karate kick an opponent in the face during Sunday’s NFL game against the Cleveland Browns.
Brown was attempting to make a quick get away, but his hurdling move only resulted in him connecting with the face of Cleveland Browns’ Spencer Lanning, who was setting himself to make a challenge.
The mistimed hurdle attempt from a 46-yard return, however, hit the net almost immediately, with several social media, including Twitter promoting the incident.
However, officials didn’t see it that way and the “karate kick” didn’t go without punishment, as Brown was flagged on the play – with a 15 yards for an unsportsmanlike play.
The Steelers went on to win the game, 30-27 to make a positive start to the new season.
