As expected, Paulinho comes in for the suspended Luiz Gustavo for Brazil, while veteran right-back Maicon comes into the side ahead of regular starter Dani Alves.
Fred, who has scored just one goal at the tournament so far, has been selected to lead the attack again, despite coach Luiz Felipe Scolari looking at several formations without him in practice in the last few days.
Also starting is Neymar, who seems to have recovered from knee and thigh injuries he picked up against Chile.
Oscar and Hulk start as well.
Meanwhile, Jose Pekerman also make two adjustments to his Colombia team that beat Uruguay in the last 16, with Fredy Guarin and Victor Ibarbo coming into the starting XI and Jackson Martinez and Abel Aguilar dropping to the bench.
The winner of this game will play Germany in semi-final on Tuesday.
