Captain of England Stuart Broad has also confirmed that slow left-arm bowler Stephen Parry will make his debut and comes in place of pace bowler Christopher Jordan.
Opener Michael Lumb, who scored a century in the first ODI, Joe Root, Ben Stokes and James Tredwell are all in the starting for England, which continue to be without Eoin Morgan and Alex Hales, who are still unfit.
Meanwhile, West Indies captain Dwayne Bravo has no problem losing the toss after revealing that he would have batted first anyway.
West Indies make one change from the first game, with spinner Nikita Miller coming in for fast bowler Jason Holder.
West Indies won the opener by 15 runs on Friday.
