Manager Arsene Wenger has also named a strong bench with the likes of Mikel Arteta, Calum Chambers, Theo Walcott and Santi Cazorla among the substitutes.
Wenger named a balanced starting team from back to front with Ramsey and Ozil expected to provide a lot of support to Olivier Giroud, who leads the attacking line.
Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Iwobi will also be other attacking supports for Arsenal from the flanks, with fellow striker Chuba Akpom, who has been in good form this summer, on the bench.
Summer recruit Petr Cech, who moved to the Emirates from Londo rivals Chelsea to get more playing time, starts on the bench, with 22-year-old Damián Martínez the preferred choice in goal for the first half.
The backline is completed by Per Mertesacker, Laurent Koscielny, Kieran Gibbs and Mathieu Debuchy, with his fellow Frenchman Francis Coquelin starting in midfield.
Meanwhile, Arsenal fans will get a chance to see a striker strongly linked to the club and the Premier League, as Alexandre Lacazette will lead the attacking line for Lyon.
Lacazette is being backed to complete a move to the Gunners before the summer transfer window closes in September, but the French forward says he would love to stay with the Ligue 1 club.
Another man to watch out for is Clement Grenier, with Mehdi Zeffane, Samuel Umtiti, Corentin Tolisso and Clinton N’Jie all starting as well.
