FOXBOROUGH, MA, Sporting Alert – Brazil and Peru will play for the top spot in Group B of the 2016 Copa America Centenario tonight at Gillette Stadium, with the loser eliminated from the tournament.
Both teams currently sit below Ecuador in the group standings, but one will move above La Tricolor after Sunday night’s game.
Brazil, who only need a draw to top the group with seven points, are coming off a comfortable 7-1 victory over Haiti in their last outing and coach Dunga has selected an attacking lineup to battle with Peru.
Lucas Lima comes into the starting lineup tonight for the South American giants, with Gabriel also selected in the team to lead the attack, as Jonas is dropped to the bench to sit alongside Hulk, who was also overlooked.
Renato Augusto and Elías will start in the middled of the pitch for Brazil, with Philippe Coutinho, who scored a hat-trick against Haiti and Willian supporting teenager Gabriel in the frontline.
Meanwhile, Paolo Guerrero, Christian Cueva and Edison Flores are all starters for Peru, with Adán Balbín and Óscar Vilchez also playing from the start against the five-time World Cup champions.

Brazil come into this match with a heavy +6 goal difference and will be the favourites to move on to the knockout round.
Dunga also has a very strong bench at his disposal with the likes of Hulk, Lucas Moura, Marquinhos and Ganso available for selection.
