LONDON, Sporting Alert – The Champions League draw is now over and below are the groups that will start the early rounds of the competition.
Defending champions Barcelona have been drawn alongside Roma, Bayer Leverkusen and Bate Borisov in Group E.
Last year’s runners-up Juventus will face-off with English Premier League big spenders Manchester City, in one of the highlighted groups of the tournament.
Also drawn in Group D with Man City and Juventus were Sevilla and Borussia Monchengladbach.
Manchester United, back in the Champions League after missing out last season, have been drawn in Group B alongside CSKA Moscow, PSV Eindhoven and Wolfsburg.
English Premier League champions Chelsea will match up with the likes of Porto, Dynamo Kiev and Maccabi Tel-Aviv in Group G, as Jose Mourinho set to face one of his former clubs.
Elsewhere in the Champions League draw, Arsenal will face German champions Bayern Munich, Olympiacos and Dinamo Zagreb in Group F, while Spanish giants Real Madrid are up against Paris Saint-Germain, Shakhtar Donetsk and Malmo in Group A.
Group H will see Lyon, Valencia, Gent and Zenit St Petersburg, with Group C seeing Benfica, Astana, Atletico Madrid and Galatasaray doing battle.
