NORMAN, Okla., Sporting Alert – The following are the college football games streaming live on ESPN3 in Week 8 on Saturday, Oct. 24.
Week 8 will continue this weekend with the first kick-off at 11:00 a.m. CT with NC State traveling to Wake Forest, while Boston College will take on Louisville at Papa John’s Cardinal Stadium in Kentucky, 30-minutes later.
The first ranked team kicking off on ESPN3 this weekend is the clash between No. 6 Clemson vs. Miami (Fla).
The Tigers (6-0) have been summoned for an upset this weekend by a very spirited Hurricanes (4-2) outfit.
Meanwhile, No. 19 Toledo will matchup against Massachusetts at the Gillette Stadium, in Foxboro, a game that can also be seen live on the WatchESPN App at 2:00 p.m.
The Rockets (6-0) are going good guns this season, winning six straight and are 3-0 in Mid American Conference.
Another MAC team, Bowling Green (5-2) is also 3-0 in conference play and they will meet Kent State at noon inside the Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium, in Annapolis, MD.
Toledo should have little worries against a Massachusetts (1-5) side that has won just once all season after starting 0-3.
In the MAC as well, Central Michigan will want to try and keep pace with the boys at the top when they travel to Ball State.
The Chippewas (3-4) are coming off a dominating 51-14 victory over Buffalo last Saturday, with Cooper Rush throwing for four touchdowns. Expect him to star again this weekend.
Texas Tech travels to No. 17 Oklahoma and it is live on ESPN3.com as well.
In other games streaming live on ESPN3 and can be watched on WatchESPN App, are the battle between Virginia at North Carolina, Eastern Michigan at Northern Illinois, Louisiana Monroe at Idaho and South Alabama at Texas State.
