According to ESPN’s Football Power Index, Coastal Carolina (1-0) comes into this game with massive 98-percent chance of winning tonight’s game against Campbell (0-1), which suffered a 27-26 defeat against Georgia Southern last Saturday in its season opener.
Hajj-Malik Williams was 17-of-27 passing 237 yards with two touchdowns and also ran 11 times with the ball for 73 yards and another score for the Camels in his team’s defeat.
Meanwhile, Grayson McCall threw three touchdown passes and ran for an additional two more scores to help the Chanticleers rolled to a 38-23 victory against Kansas at Memorial Stadium in Lawrence early Sunday.
INFORMATION AHEAD OF THE GAME
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Brooks Stadium, which normally holds 20,000, will have a limited capacity of fans this season. Tailgating will be strongly discouraged prior to kickoff of all home football games. That includes no grills, tents, generators, or trailers in the parking lots.
All fans are required to wear face coverings at the stadium and may be asked to leave if they are found to have violated the requirement multiple times when not drinking or eating.
