NBA Basketball

Highlighting the fixtures on Wednesday are the two NBA games which will be available via the multiview coverage.

At 7:00pm ET, the Brooklyn Nets will take on the New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden, before the San Antonio Spurs host the Houston Rockets at AT&T Center. The game is also live on ESPN and the WatchESPN app.

The Knicks (2-4) beat a very talented Chicago Bulls side this season, but has won just twice in the term, and even though it’s still early in the season, many think they are underperforming at the moment.

New York, which dropped three of the last four games, will look to forward Carmelo Anthony, who is averaging 22.8 points, 6.0 rebounds and 2.8 assists per game and shooting 47-percent from the field, to lead the attack.

Brooklyn (3-4), meanwhile, has won two the past three games since being blown out by the Bulls.

The other NBA game on the live ESPN3 schedule is the all-Texas clash between the Spurs and the Rockets at 9:30pm. ESPN and the WatchESPN app will also provide live coverage.

Kawhi Leonard and San Antonio head into this game looking to bounce back from the 116-92 defeat against the Los Angeles Clippers the last time out.

Leonard is averaging 26.4 points, 5.4 rebounds, 3.4 assists and 2.4 steals per game, while shooting 47.9 percent from the floor.

Houston (4-3) is one game behind the Spurs in the Southwest division and will be hoping to keep tabs on their fellow Western Conference rivals.

Shooting guard James Harden comes in as the most productive all-around producer for the Rockets – putting up 31.6 points, 12.7 assists and 7.1 rebounds per game.
