Stephen Curry Golden State Warriors

NBA Preseason Schedule, TV Channels For Dec. 12

The NBA preseason schedule continues on Saturday with seven more games. Preseason action opened on Friday night with five games, as players and coaches observed their rosters ahead of the regular season.

Of the seven games listed for Saturday night, three of them are slated for 7:00 pm ET tipoffs.

The Spectrum Center in Charlotte will be the arena for the Toronto Raptors’ visit against the Hornets. Also going off at the same time are the preseason battles between the Cleveland Cavaliers and Indiana Pacers at the Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse in Ohio, as well as the Oklahoma City Thunder and San Antonio Spurs matchup at AT&T Center.

Kyle Lowry is set to miss the opening preseason game for the Raptors after he was granted permission to not travel with the team for their first two games against the Hornets.

NBATV network will have live coverage of the Utah Jazz against Phoenix Suns from the Vivint Smart Home Arena in Salt Lake City.

The game could see Chris Paul and Jae Crowder making their debut appearance for the Suns, while point guards Mike Conley and Shaquille Harrison remain day-to-day for the Jazz.

Meanwhile, Steph Curry and the Golden State Warriors will open their 2020 NBA preseason campaign against Western Conference finalists Denver Nuggets at Chase Center in San Francisco.

Curry is expected to feature for the Warriors, but it is “unlikely” Draymond Green and rookie James Wiseman will see any action in this game.

The Warriors are without Klay Thompson, who is out for the season after he underwent surgery last month to repair his torn Achilles.

Elsewhere on Saturday, the Milwaukee Bucks and the Dallas Mavericks will open their exhibition campaign at Fiserv Forum, while the Memphis Grizzlies will take on the Minnesota Timberwolves. The starting time for these two fixtures is 8:00 pm.
