The NFL Wild Card Playoffs TV Channels, Lines and Times – Jan 5

(Sporting Alert) — The NFL Wild Card Playoffs schedule continues on Sunday with two more games, with the San Diego Chargers, Cincinnati Bengals, San Francisco 49ers and Green Bay Packers all looking for victories.

In the opening game at Paul Brown Stadium, Cincinnati (11-5) will play host to San Diego (9-7) in the AFC Wild Card Playoff.

The Bengals have won its last two games and four of its last five overall and they will be gunning to keep that run alive. The AFC North champions, are also 8-0 at home this regular season and when they kick-off live on CBS at 1:05 pm ET Sunday, it will seek to end a 23-year drought without a postseason.

The surging Chargers have won four straight and quarterback Philip Rivers is hoping to guide his team to success after returning to postseason action, following three-years of missing out.

“It’s been a real long time so it feels great to be back in,” said Rivers.

In the day’s second game, which takes place at the Lambeau Field and live on FOX at 4:40 pm ET, the Green Bay Packers (8-7-1), entertain the San Francisco 49ers (12-4) in the NFC Wild Card Playoff.

San Francisco comes into the Wild Card Playoffs weekend as one of the in-form teams, having won six straight, including all five games in December and Aaron Rodgers and the Packers will have their hands full even with playing at home.

Green Bay will be hoping to improve on their recent home form, which sees them losing three, winning one and tying the other from the last five played on home soil.
