The neutrals have been talking up this game all week, expecting this to be a very close contest, given the talent that is spread out across both these rosters, but ESPN’s Football Power Index is backing Georgia to win easily and stay undefeated on the season.

The Bulldogs (5-0) have won all five games thus far this season, while the LSU (5-1) is coming off a frustrating 27-19 defeat at Florida last weekend.

The last time these two teams played was five years ago when Georgia won the game 44-41.

Georgia currently leads the SEC East standings over Florida and Kentucky, while LSU is looking up at the immortal defending champion Alabama in the SEC West standings.

Georgia looks as good as it did last season and has its eyes well set on the prize that skipped them last season after losing to the Crimson Tide in the College Football Playoffs championship game.

Despite losing for the first time last week, LSU remains confident and will be buzzing to restore itself in the SEC title race with a victory.
