Amongst the starters tonight for the New York Knick (18-27) is forward Carmelo Anthony, who is 15 points away from reaching 19,000 points in his career and come tip-off time, it will be a matter of when he will score the needed points.

Anthony scored 24 points for the Knicks in their 114-88 victory over the Boston Celtics on Tuesday, picking up their third successive victory after a five game skid.

Meanwhile, center Anderson Varejao will not play tonight, despite participating in the team’s morning shootaround. He was a game-time decision because of a knee problem.

Tyler Zeller will start at center.

The Cavaliers (16-29), come into tonight’s game on the back of a 100-89 defeat at home to the New Orleans Pelicans, their fourth defeat in the last five games.
