In Tottenham team news, Jose Mourinho has opted to name Gareth Bale among his substitutes for today’s game. Bale, who rejoins Spurs on a loan deal from Real Madrid in the summer transfer window, could make his first appearance in a Tottenham squad for more than seven years.
Meanwhile, versatile midfielder Eric Dier misses out after picking up an during the international break, so Toby Alderweireld comes in to take his place in the back four.
Lucas Moura drops to the bench with Steven Bergwijn fit to return to the starting lineup.
Harry Kane leads the attacking line, while Carlos Vinícius, who is on a season-long loan from Benfica, is on the bench.
For West Ham United, their manager David Moyes returns to the dugout after his positive COVID-19 test. He makes no changes to the side that earned a 3-0 win at Leicester City the last time out.
Issa Diop, who tested positive for coronavirus at the same time as Moyes, is available for this game and the Frenchman takes his place on the bench, where he’s joined by Ryan Fredericks after he shook off a thigh injury.
