(Sporting Alert) — Manchester United midfielder Shinji Kagawa was on target in Japan’s 4-2 defeat to Uruguay in a friendly football international game on Wednesday.

However, it was Liverpool’s Uruguay forward Luis Suarez, who made most of the highlights, scoring once and getting up two goals.
Suarez broke down the left hand side and then send a ball inside the box for Forlan to finish easily in the 27th minute.
Two minutes later Forlan fired home his second and give Uruguay a 2-0 lead with an impressive free-kick.
Following the interval, Suarez picked up a weak clearance from Japan and fired past Eiji Kawashima in the 53rd minute.
Kagawa then pull a goal back for Japan in the 55th minute, but Alvaro Gonzalez quickly added another goal for Uruguay three minutes later.
Keisuke Honda closed the gap to two goals again with a brilliant free-kick in the 72th minute, but that was were the goals stopped as Uruguay secured the victory.
PSG forward Edinson Cavani was not involved for Uruguay.
