This year’s tournament will kick-start with a doubleheader from the L’amitié Sino Gabonaise in Libreville, where host nation Gabon open against newcomers Guinea-Bissau at 11:00 am ET.
Four-time tournament champion Cameroon will start their quest for a fifth title against 2013 runner-up Burkina Faso at 2:00 pm ET.
African Cup of Nations 2017 will not be televised by any of the U.S. major broadcasting channels, but there are still several other ways to watch the tournament live – either on your TV or stream it live online.
The TV listings for the opening game between Gabon and Guinea-Bissau sees beIN SPORTS CONNECT U.S.A. and SuperSport Africa being the main providers for the English speaking audience.
British Eurosport 2 UK will also carry live English commentary of the game from Libreville.
Meanwhile, there are also several options to watch the second game of the tournament between Burkina Faso and Cameroon from the same venue.
