COLUMBUS, Ohio (Sporting Alert) — After losing their last outings, the United States and Mexico look to bounce back from those defeats when they face each other in a CONCACAF World Cup 2014 qualifier at Columbus Crew Stadium tonight.

Returning to the Mexican team after missing the home defeat to Honduras last week, is Manchester United forward Javier Hernández, who leads the attack alongside Giovani Dos Santos and Andrés Guardado.

Starting also are Carlos Salcido, Fernando Arce, Christian Giménez, Jesús Zavala, Diego Reyes Rosales and Héctor Moreno.

Meanwhile, USA head coach Jurgen Klinsmann has decided to start Fabian Johnson at right back, while Clarence Goodson starts in the heart of defence for tonight’s qualifier.

The home side is without defender Matt Besler, forward Jozy Altidore and midfielder Geoff Cameron who are all out because of suspensions, while midfielder Michael Bradley misses the game because of a sprained ankle.
