Barcelona midfielder Xavi makes way for fellow club mate Pedro, as head coach Vicente del Bosque makes two changes from the side that was beaten 5-1 by the Netherlands five days ago.

Also dropped is center-back Gerard Pique, with Javi Martínez coming in to play in the back-four alongside Real Madrid’s Sergio Ramos.

Pedro joins David Silva as the main attacking supporters for lone forward Diego Costa, with Andrés Iniesta, Xabi Alonso and Sergio Busquets also in the midfield.

Xavi and Gerard Pique are on the bench next to the likes of Fernando Torres, David Villa, Koke, Cesc Fàbregas and Juan Mata.

Juventus midfielder Vidal was a game-time decision, but has done enough to convinced the medical staff that he’s recovered enough from the knee trouble he’s had.

Alexis Sánchez, who scored in the first game and Eduardo Vargas both start, but Jorge Valdivia, who also netted the second goal for Chile in the 3-1 win over Australia in Cuiaba, makes way for Francisco Silva.
