STATESBORO, GA, Sporting Alert — College football Week 6 schedule kicks off tonight with one game, as Georgia Southern welcomes Arkansas State in a Sun Belt opener for both teams.

Both teams are off to a slow start this season with the Red Wolves (1-2) grabbing one from three games and the Eagles (0-3) still searching for their first win.
ESPN’s Football Power Index and matchup predictor is giving Arkansas State a 69.1-percent chance to hand Georgia Southern a fourth successive defeat this season.
The Eagles, however, has a very good record at Paulson Stadium, having won 84-percent of their home games, which is the best in the FBS, according to ESPN’s Stats and Information.
Arkansas State quarterback Justice Hansen has so far thrown for 985 with 10 touchdowns and everything offensively for the Red Wolves in this game is expected to go through him.
