Bayern Munich lead Barcelona 1-0 at HT

MUNICH (Sporting Alert) — Bayern Munich lead Barcelona 1-0 at half-time in their pre-season football game at Allianz Arena.

Philipp Lahm, playing in a new midfield role, open the scoring for Bayern Munich after he flicked home a ball past Jose Pinto in the 14th minute, following a clever inswinging cross from Franck Ribery.

Lionel Messi,  Alexis Sanchez, Javier Mascherano and Alex Song are amongst the starters for Barcelona, while David Alaba, Thiago, Toni Kroos, Arjen Robben, Thomas Muller and Franck Ribery are on the starting list for Bayern Munich.

Bastian Schweinsteiger, Mario Mandzukic and  Luiz Gustavo are all on the bench.
