The championships got off on Tuesday afternoon with some thrilling performances, both on the track and in the field events, and Wednesday’s Day 2 coverage is expected to provide likewise moments.

Action on Wednesday morning begins at 8:30 am local time (9:30 am ET) with the qualifying rounds of the Long Jump Class 4 Girls, Shot Put Throw Class 1 Girls, Discus Throw Class 1 Boys and the Decathlon Open for Boys.

Four finals are arranged for Day 2 with the Class 2 and Class 1 Long Jump finals being the scoring events on the boys’ side and the Discus Throw for Class 1 and Class 2 Shot Put, the scoring the events on the girls’ side.

Meanwhile, the heats of the 4x100m relays for all classes in both genders and the heats of the 400m for all classes for boys and girls are also on the list for Day 2, at Champs 2018.
