NORMAN, Okla., Sporting Alert – College basketball scores and results from the games involving AP Top 25 teams on Sunday, November 29.

No. 3 Michigan State (7-0) beat Providence (6-1): Bryn Forbes scored 18 points to help No. 3 Michigan State beat Providence 77-64 in the college basketball DirecTV Wooden Legacy championship game on Sunday night. Denzel Valentine had 17 points, six rebounds and five assists on his way to winning the most outstanding player award for the tournament.

Deyonta Davis and Eron Harris each had 12 points off the bench for the Spartans (7-0), which remain undefeated on the term.

Kris Dunn collected 21 points, five rebounds and seven assists and Ben Bentil added 20 points and seven boards in the defeat for Providence (6-1), which was dropping its first game this season.

No. 6 Duke (6-1) beat Utah State (4-1): Freshman Luke Kennard scored a career-best 22 points on 7-for-9 shooting to help the sixth-ranked Duke rolled over Utah State 85-52 in a college basketball matchup on Sunday.

The reserve guard played 26 minutes and hit four of his five 3-point attempts in the win. Grayson Allen also poured in 22 points and five rebounds and Amile Jefferson went 6 for 7 from the floor for 13 points to go with nine rebounds and two blocks for the Blue Devils (6-1).

Duke, which suffered its only defeat of the season to Kentucky earlier this month, was winning its fourth straight game.

Chris Smith had 13 points and four rebounds for Utah State (4-1), and was the only Aggie player to score in double figures in the defeat.

No. 7 Oklahoma(4-0) beat Wisconsin (4-3): Ryan Spangler collected a double-double of 20 points and 14 rebounds and the seventh-ranked Oklahoma beat Wisconsin 65-48 in college basketball action on Sunday.

The Sooners (4-0) remained undefeated this season, while the Badgers fell to 4-3.

Isaiah Cousins added 14 points and Buddy Hield finished with 12 points and five rebounds for Oklahoma, which kept Wisconsin below 25-percent shooting from the floor.

Nigel Hayes had 20 points, 11 rebounds and four assists for the Badgers, who were 7 for 33 from 3-point range and were outscored 34-10 in the paint.
