College football Week 5 schedule, TV Channels, Streams: Sept. 30

MIAMI, FL, Sporting Alert — College football Week 5 schedule of games and live television channels and stream on Saturday, September 30.

Week 5 action gets underway at 12:00 pm ET with eight games, including the game at Camp Randall Stadium in Madison, between Big Ten foes No. 10 Wisconsin and Northwestern on ABC and WatchESPN.

Two other AP Top 25 teams are also in action at Noon, as No. 18 South Florida is at East Carolina and No. 21 Florida welcomes Vanderbilt at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium in Gainesville, live on ESPN and WatchESPN.

Meanwhile, at 6:00 pm inside Jordan-Hare Stadium, No. 13 Auburn will face No. 24 Mississippi State in one of two ranked vs ranked games on the day’s schedule.

Defending champion and No. 2 ranked Clemson face what could be its toughest test of the early season at No. 12 Virginia Tech.

Game time from Lane Stadium in Blacksburg is set for 8:00 pm and it is televised live nationally on ABC and stream on WatchESPN.

Elsewhere, No. 1 Alabama entertains Ole Miss, No. 4 Penn State plays Indiana at home, while No. 6 Washington travels to Oregon State and No. 7 Georgia goes to Tennessee.
