There are six finals on the schedule for day two, three on each side – as the top teams and title favourites start their hunts for points.

The Class One and Class Two Long Jump, as well as the 2000 metres Steeplechase Open, are the finals set for the boys’ side, while the girls’ final on the day are the 2000 metres Steeplechase Open, Class One Girls Discus Throw and the Class Two Shot Put.

Some of the early preliminaries on the track are the qualifying rounds of the 200m, the 800m and exciting 4x100m relays.
