ESPN NFL Power Rankings For Week 12: Nov. 24

TEXAS, Sporting Alert - Tampa Bay Buccaneers have been making strides recently and the men from Florida are this week's biggest movers in the ESPN NFL Power Rankings in Week 12.
This week's release sees the Buccaneers skipping past more than a handful of teams to jump from No. 23 to No. 12.
Rookie quarterback Jameis Winston is finally finding his footing in the NFL, following a slow start in the league, and his outstanding five touchdown performance in the win over the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday has been one of the positive signs.
The Buccaneers (5-5) have won two in a row for the first time since 2013, and three of the last four games to improve to .500 this season and suddenly enter the race to be in the NFC wild-card mix.
If Winston and co. can continue in this rich vein of form, then there is no reason to think that the Tampa Bay, which was sitting in the No. 31 spot six weeks ago, cannot make the playoffs.
According to ESPN Stats and Info, the Buccaneers have won five games in a season for the first time in three years since going 7-9 in 2013.
The Indianapolis Colts (5-5) have also made a notable move in this week's ESPN NFL Power Rankings, after jumping seven spots to No. 10, following back-to-back wins.
The return of quarterback Tony Romo has been a refreshing welcome for the Dallas Cowboys, who snapped a seven-game losing streak on Sunday in Miami. Romo missed that 0-7 run with an injury.
This week, the Cowboys (3-7), who are still in the mix in the NFC East, improved six places to No. 21, while the Dolphins (4-6) went five places the other way to No. 23.
Tennessee Titans (2-8) and the Eagles (4-6) were the heaviest droppers in this week rankings, after falling six places.
Meanwhile, as expected, the New England Patriots continue to be the No. 1 team in the 2015 ESPN NFL Power Rankings after improving to 10-0 on the season.
The Carolina Panthers (10-0) stayed No. 2 this week after they too remained perfect on the term.
The Denver Broncos (8-2), jumped four places to No. 3 this week, with the Arizona Cardinals (8-2) and Cincinnati Bengals (8-2) both dropping one spot to No. 4 and No. 5, respectively.
Cleveland (2-8) is still rooted at the bottom of the power rankings.
