KANSAS, Sporting Alert – College basketball games streaming live on ESPN3 and WatchESPN on Wednesday night.
Headlining the list of games on ESPN3 tonight is the clash between No. 9 Virginia and Boston College which is scheduled for 7:00 PM ET at the John Paul Jones Arena in Charlottesville.
Another highlighted game on the list for ESPN3 is the matchup between No. 21 Wichita State and Southern Illinois at Charles Koch Arena in Kansas.
Meanwhile, the Cavaliers (17-4, 6-3 ACC) head into their clash with the Eagles (7-14, 0-8) on a four-game winning streak, while they sit fifth in the ACC standings.
Boston College, in the meantime, is still searching for its first win in the conference. The Eagles have dropped eight games in a row and are 0-8 in conference play.
Wichita State Shockers (16-5, 10-0 MVC) will put their 10 game undefeated conference record on the line against the traveling Southern Illinois.
The Shockers, who are holding teams to just 61.7 points per game, which is ranked 10th in the country on the defensive end, have won 11 straight games and start favourites to make it 12 in a row.
The Salukis (18-5, 7-3) have dropped their previous two games to Evansville and Northern Iowa and will be hoping to bounce back with a win.
Meanwhile, No. 7 Kansas will entertain Kansas State at Allen Fieldhouse in Lawrence, live on ESPN2 and WatchESPN.
The Jayhawks (17-4, 5-3 Big 12) are returning to conference play after stepping out of conference over the weekend to beat one of their most fierce rivals, Kentucky, 90-84 the last time out.
