Six teams are currently ranked in the AP Top 25 rankings for men’s college basketball, with No. 8 Tennessee, No. 9 Alabama and No. 10 Arkansas leading the way. These three programs have been playing very well thus far this season, and although none of them are undefeated, the kind of victories they’ve picked up already this season combined with the instability of the higher ranked teams around them, are some of the reasons for their current positions.
