MIAMI, FL – NFL schedule, game times and live TV channels and streams of all the games taking place on New Year’s Eve.

A total of 16 games are on the Week 17 schedule for Sunday, but things won’t be as exciting as Week 16, given that there are less than a handful of playoff spots up for the taken.

In fact, only three of the 12 playoff spots are left to grab, while the fight for division titles are pretty much done and dusted.

The Philadelphia Eagles (13-2), who have wrapped up the NFC East divisional title and have already clinched home-field advantage throughout the postseason, are among the teams hoping to get through this weekend healthy as they look toward the Super Bowl.

On Sunday they will take on the already eliminated Dallas Cowboys at Lincoln Financial Field to close out 2017, but head coach Doug Pederson has hinted that backup quarterback Nick Foles, who is now the starter after Carson Wentz suffered a season-ending torn ACL, is likely to play.

“We have a lot of football left,” Pederson said. “Our season really is just beginning, quite honestly.

“But we’ll be smart and make good decisions as a coaching staff. I’ll talk to the coordinators about play time and all that. We’ll have a good plan later in the week.”

Meanwhile, the Jacksonville Jaguars (10-5), who have already clinched the AFC South divisional title, will aim to bounce back from the shocking defeat to the San Francisco 49ers last week when they take on the Tennessee Titans.

Cleveland Browns (0-15) are aiming to avoid being only the second team in NFL history to finish 0-16, but could find it difficult to stop the bleed against playoff-bounded Pittsburgh Steelers (12-3), who still have an outside chance of claiming home-field advantage in the AFC.

Elsewhere on the NFL schedule on Sunday, the Carolina Panthers and the Atlanta Falcons battle at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Kansas City Chiefs travel to Denver to take on the Broncos, while New England Patriots will battle the New York Jets and playoff hopefuls Buffalo Bills face the are already eliminated Miami Dolphins.
