Randolph who shot 9 of 15 from the field, also grabbed 13 rebounds with five assists and three steals in the win.
DJ Jones had 12 points on 5 of 8 shooting with four rebounds, four blocks, two assists, and two steals for Florida A&M (2-6, 1-0 Mid-Eastern Conference). Bryce Moragne added 11 points and rebounds, while Johnny Brown finished with 10 points and eight rebounds for the Rattlers.
Jalen Speer hit three 3-pointers and finished with nine points for Florida A&M, which was winning for only the second time this season.
Omar Croskey had 18 points on 6-of-11 shooting with six rebounds and three steals for South Carolina State (0-13, 0-3).
